Here is roughly the first half of a story that first appeared in my graphic novel "Big Apple Shorts Vol. 1". It's the only graphic novel I have left that is in B&W. Even so, the quality of the writing make it one of my favorites. This story takes me back and was inspired by my days working in KINKOS. You'd be surprised how much of it is based on actual events. Also, the character by the name of Carlito can be seen again in the pages of "The Confessions of Sister JacQueline Vol. 1". Check it out when you get the chance!
