Erotic Art — Peanut Butter Vol. 1

Just reminiscing a little bit about Peanut Butter Vol. 1... I also noticed that I don't have a lot of posts on Vol. 1 in this blog. Something I plan to rectify in the coming week. For all my previous posts on Vol. 1 check here. Also, check here for free samples on the website!

Now here's a look at the original first page of Peanut Butter Vol. 1. I remember when I submitted this to NBM was sometime in early 2001 around January or February after they passed on my other proposal "The End...". It's funny because I only had two pages completed meanwhile, with "The End" I had six plus pages completed. Still one look at the first two pages and the editor loved it. End of story. Any here's a look at the black & white version along with the full color version...

One thing I should note about adding color to volumes 1 and 2 was how difficult it was. These books where meant to be in black & white and although I'm generally happy with the results of the coloring process I am still a bit nostalgic about the books as they originally were meant to be. Sadly I have no original copies of the now out of print, black & white ones. The only thing I have left is the original art.
