Here is a sketch of an illustration for my upcoming graphic novel  "The Diary of Molly Fredrickson:  Peanut Butter vol. 8". This one stars Molly Fredrickson, Paolina 'Paola' Gutiérrez, and a mystery gentleman... Still working on the final. I'll post it up later today or first thing tomorrow.

Finally!

The Diary of Molly Fredrickson:  Peanut Butter Vol. 7 is finally finished! The book will be out in March 2013! This particular little piece is the final panel of the book. A Look At Page 41!

Talk about messy but, in a good way... All in all the page worked out pretty well. Still might make some changes by the time of publication. Remember this one is coming out in April so be on the lookout! Got a lot to do today but, I'll see if I can put up another post later... Enjoy!

Not Just A Regular Kiss...

One significant problem with this panel is that Ron and Paola is in the foreground but, I make no mention of them in the script plus, the composition of this one makes it look like it is just a close-up of Molly

Mmm.... Tasty!

Love the look of Paola came in this panel but I'm unsatisfied with Molly in this one... Definitely not what I saw in my head.

On other news:  I'll be posting a piece of art for sale on ebay later on today so stay tuned.

A Quick Fill-Up!

In Peanut Butter Vol. 5 Molly Fredrickson could barely handle Ron's monster but, in Volume six we see that Paola Gutiérrez can more than take care of him. Obviously there's more to Paola than meets the eye. More to come soon!

Need More Saliva

Here's a look at page 38 from the upcoming Peanut Butter Vol. 6! Love the execution but (there's always a but), think I should've added more saliva. I especially like the slight angle change between the first panel of this page and the last panel of the previous page. Has a nice clear flow that the reader can follow.

On another note, I'm still working on those pinups. I'll post something up today so be on the lookout!

Paola's Head Games On Page 37!

Can't wait to see the printed version of this page. Should look great with the full bleed. I'm trying to be selective as to which pages get full bleed and which pages don't. Not trying to do full bleed just for the sake of it. It has to make sense in some way. Anyway, hope you like the story so far.
